| 长野县警方已为26日的长野市奥运火炬接力活动制定了安保计划，将派5名防暴队员在火炬手周围护跑，同时派近百人排成两列纵队，在两侧形成“人盾”。
根据计划，5名防暴队员将身穿运动服，在火炬手及两名管理圣火的中国工作人员周围贴身护跑。火炬交接时5人将形成包围加强保护。
